Avoid getting too close to the eyes while applying the serum in the surrounding eye area. Wash your eyes if the serum gets into the eye by mistake .
- Patch test before use, introduce new products slowly
When adding new products to your skincare routine we always recommend patch testing. Apply a small amount of the product behind your ear or on your inner arm . Wait for 24 hrs. If there are any signs of irritation, itchiness or burning, Rinse off and discontinue usage .Please note that it can sometimes take up to 72 hours for a reaction to present itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
C-Radiance Serum
We do not recommend layering this with exfoliating acids (Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Mandelic Acid), BHAs (Beta Hydroxy) and Retinols. This is because mixing those ingredients can lead to irritation, so we recommend alternating them. We suggest using Vitamin C in the morning and Retinol OR AHAs in the evening. We also do not use this product along copper peptides(or any other product that uses copper in a significant amount) as they run the risk of cancelling each other out when used together.
Same as any other active ingredient it is advisable to patch test before use and introduce the active slowly into your routine to allow your skin to get used to it .It is advisable for beginners to start with the beginner friendly 8% l-ascorbic serum before moving on to the 15% serum .If you find that your skin doesn’t respond well it is better to use less potent vitamin c derivatives.
We would advise you to try the beginner’s version of C radiance serum if you have very sensitive skin .
Upon opening the C radiance serum should be transparent with a slight yellowish tint due to the vitamin E in the formula . Due to the L-Ascorbic acid in the formula, the serum will begin to darken in color over time. Please note that this does not mean the formula has become ineffective. You only need to discontinue usage once the formula has become murky brown . Please refer to the cart in the upper sections for further clarity .
It is normal for C Radiance serum for the face to darken after opening due to air and light exposure. The formula will remain effective. It is recommended to be used within 3-6 months after opening with daily application of a pump of serum to the face, neck.
Since there is no fragrance added to this serum, there is a sort of peculiar smell due to the natural scent of ferulic acid and natural Vitamin E within the formula. It dissipates in a minute or 2 after you apply the serum so you don’t need to worry about it lingering.
